Conrad walked down the street with Vincent. He didn't say anythin at all. Why? Because he couldn't. They had interviewd him and made him talk about being in jail. It had made him the utter most depressed. There he walked with his hands in his pockets and his head down. He had on his sunglasses, hat, thsirt and jeans. "So that was well kinda of depressing." He said softly.
Truth be told he didn't know what to think. He felt like he wanted to lay down and cry for remebering all the shit that had happened to him but at the sametime he knew that it was for his own good. That he had to go through all the memoreis to be able be free from his addiction.
The thing was he didn't want to go through this pain again. He went through it once and didn't need to through it again. He didn't need to be reminded of how much he hurt Ryan and with that he sighed and shook his head.

He wasn't the happiest either. He listening to this kid, as a friend, but also as his counselor. It was wierd being thrown into this as that prospective. "Come on kid, cheer up. It's going to all change soon," He patted the kid on the shoulder. "You have to realize, bottling shit up isn't the best thing in the world, it will actually hurt more. We all know you were in jail, and that shouldn't be that bad, trust me, it's not like you killed your woman." He bit his lip a little and accidentally let it out. He fell silent and put his hands in the pockets of his shorts. He was unusually used to the cold and he shook his head. After all he was from Washington and bearing the elements was something he was seriously used to. He wore white converse with his black Dickie shorts, and a band t-shirt, reflective aviators.
His face was dark and sullen, he was going through the methadone injections and it fucked with him, though he could only go to the clinic and get them weekly. He had four more left, and he was going to be thourghly happy when he was done with them. He hated the way he acted when he got them. They brought them down, and he reacted to the syringe. It was bliss, but he never got a high from it. He was pissed that Conrad had to watch him do it. He freaked out at the nurse who wanted to do it, but he refused to let her inject him, for fear of what happened with his Step-Father. He fought her with fear in his eyes, the chaos he once lived.

He looked at him. "I don't want to take the medicine." He said to him and sighed. "I don't want to just....they goin to make me do detox aren't they?" He asked and stopped lookin at him. "They will make me go insane at first and like I am high again." It was clear Conrad had not been paying attention when he was told what was goin to happen to him. He sighed softly and looked at him rather scared now.

Shaking his head. "Only if you choose to Conrad," He was still silent, he hated the methadone, but it was his choice to go through with it. "Give me a minute.." He turned to the curb and started to vomit into the storm drain. He coughed heavily and it sucked, as he felt his stomach turn. Pulling out a neon green bandana he wiped his mouth. He knew there were gangs everywhere, so he always kept really wierd colored bandana's, none of them were red or blue or white, they were just neon colours, or tye-dye.
He was weak now, but he stood up, this always messed him up so he was getting used. Waving him off he hunched over and vomited again. "Lets get back."

Looking at him he nodded to him. "Alright, well I don't think I want to be messed up like that." He said to him as he watched him puke and cringed a bit. He knew that more than likely he would have to go that way. Sighing, softly he knew that he was goin to have a hard time with this but he needed to do it. He needed to be unaddicted from the drugs and needed to be clean. Not only for his sake but for Ryan's as well. The time he spent in jail she went through hell too.
When Vincent said that they shoudl head back he nodded. "Alright." He said to him and started to walk again. "You sure your goin to be alright dude?" He asked him softly and looked at him a bit worried.

Nodding easily, "This week is better then last weeks, last week I had to stay at the clinic. I tell you that was the worst." Smiling he stood up straight putting his hands on either side of his back and popped it one vertebrate at a time. Sometimes it was a good thing, and most of the time, it was something he wanted to just explode, like he didn't want Conrad to watch him shoot up, it might have stirred the addiction more.
"Im sorry you had to watch me with that, fight with the nurse, shoot myself up with that disgusting shit." He really wasn't acting like himself, he was acting like he was in high school, while taking drugs, and struggling with his parents. He was acting like he knew himself, but due all respect, he wasn't.

Conrad looked at him oddly. "Dude are you ok?" He asked and titled his head to the side. Vincent was acting weird. Even though Conrad had known him what just a week or so and he could already tell when Vincent wasn't acting like himself. Looking at him he titeld his head to the side. "THat shit really fucks you up doesn't it?" He asked and sighed, Great now the counselor was all fucked up

His lips curled and they formed a smile. "I'll be fine, give me like an hour or so to recoop. I mean really, if you wanted to know what I was like in high school," he opened his arms wide, "here you go! One-hundred Percent Vinnie, right here back in the day. Except this stuff is helping me, not really hurting me." He got through the worst of it, but now he was depressed. It was something he could manage with, it always was. After all, he was here to help this kid, and he was kind of pissed that he brought him with today, but at the same time, he forgot he was on methadone for a while.
"Don't worry about it, I'll be myself in a little bit, maybe even by the time we get back to the school." Throwing his arms up his grin had widened. "I'm still really sorry you had to watch that, I mean shit, we're both recovering addicts, and I know once that needle penetrates my skin, I just was want to shoot up. It reminds me so much."

The day was cool, but it was nice. Having once lived in Forks, the chill didn't much bother her. The cool feel of the grass under her bare feet was nice she felt free and relaxed. She found a spot and put a blanket down on the ground. It had rained and the lawn was wet, but she didn't care. With a jacket and her hood pulled on, she gazed up at the autumn clouds as they rolled passed. When she was getting good and tired of laying there in the chill she looked up. Was that....
"Conrad?" Her voice was soft and fluid, but loud enough for both of them to hear. Her hand went to her chest as her voice cracked. The man next to him had to be the counselor. Her face became sudenly hard and introvert. She wanted to go away and she could feel her blood preasure rising. Her heart felt like it was pounding in her brain. She stood up quickly and tried to grab the blanket, but dizzyness took her over and she swiftly leaned into the bushes and vomited, coughing up her lunch."fuck.."

Conrad looked at her and ran over to her. Right away he grabbed her hair and pulled it back from her face. His face had all the worry in the world on it. Here he was coming back from rehab and he finds his girlfriend puking in the bushes. It didn't make any sense to him. She was perfectly fine yesterday when they were hanging out. Rubbing her back with his free hand as she puked he sighed softly. What if something bad had happened to her? Like some weird diesases that makes you puke randomly then die?
Once, she was done he looked at her. "Here let me get that stuff on the corner of your mouth." He said to her and took a tissue out of his pocket. Cleaning her face he looked at her. The worry showed through his eyes and he bit his lip. "You okay hun?" He asked her softly stroking her face and hair. "You scared me there." He said softly. Well at least now he didn't have to go lookin for her once he got back to the school.
As, he waited for her to answer his mind was thinking the worst possiblites with what could be wrong with her. Cancer, ulcer, stomach flu...ok flu wasn't that bad but still he didn't like it when she was sick. It made him worry if she was going to be ok. If she was goin to live to see another day because if she left this world then he didn't know how he could keep on living.

He stood away a little and then knelt down in the grass away from the two, he though it was her nerves, but then Conrad ran to her in complete worry, he loved her, Vincent could see the worry in his eyes and he knew at that very minute. It reminded him of Aeryn and himself, then he laid down on the grass, it was damp and it reminded him of home. The black dickie shorts he wore had so much stuff in the pockets. His little orange cell phone, a leather wallet, some change, his car keys, and all that random stuff.
He frowned and then looked at the girl. lifting his head, all of a sudden a splitting headache hit, and he laid back down on the grass. He was thinking about rehab, and the kids he had to help, all of which were amazing. He felt his stomach turn and he rolled on his side. Today was really bad, for his stomach that was, it turned and tossed and he dry-heaved. It was starting to hurt.
